- Take ownership of team deliverables, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with global teams to design, develop, and maintain platform components.
- Contribute to software development lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Adhere to best practices in software engineering to enhance usability, scalability, performance, and security.

- Work closely with Operations teams to support daily processes and identify opportunities for automation or efficiency improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to technical initiatives and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in programming and software development principles.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages and technologies: o Java / Python / .NET / C# / JavaScript / SQL
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including: o Object-Oriented Design, Data Structures, Algorithms, Databases, Debugging, Refactoring, and Design Patterns.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and practices such as Git, Agile methodologies, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw clear, actionable conclusions from data and observations.
