Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a hands-on Software Debug Engineer who is passionate about troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production issues across multiple layers – infrastructure, deployment pipelines, application and runtime environments.
- The ideal candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong analytical skills, and collaborates closely with development and operations teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
Skills:
- Should be willing to learn and understand the architecture and working of components and services
- Should have good debugging skills (assist during/handle production issues). Knowledge of code is a big plus.
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and coordinate/engage with stakeholders.
- Must be ready to work in shifts
- Having good communication and writing skills gives an edge. This is not necessarily a mandatory requirement for recruitmen,t though
