Job Description:
- Reviewing and processing platform content in line with company policies.
- Identifying and categorizing information based on given criteria.
- Ensuring accuracy, relevance and quality of reviewed materials.
- Maintaining productivity and compliance standards.
- Escalating edge cases or complex scenarios to internal teams when needed.
Skills:
- Good reading comprehension and analytical thinking.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Strong focus and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
