Job Description:
- Process backend operations for insurance claims, including data entry, document scanning, and email support.
- Utilize computer skills to efficiently manage tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrate strong analytical ability to identify errors and resolve issues promptly.
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Work on non-voice processes, ensuring high-quality output within given timelines.
Skills:
- 0-1 year of experience in back office or related field (freshers welcome).
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) for effective interaction.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document processing.
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.
Note:
- Freshers (HSC pass or Non Tech Graduate) and immediate joiners are eligible.
- Experienced (immediate joiner) candidates, willing to start their career as fresher are eligible.
- Candidates who are residing or can relocated within 25 km radius of the company are eligible for interview.
- Technical background candidates, Post Graduates, education pursing candidates are not eligible.
