Job description:
- Genpact Walk-In drive for Customer service: voice & Non Voice (Content Moderation) roles || Work location: Hyderabad || 7th October 2025 (Tuesday)
- Walk-In Date: 7-October-2025 (Tuesday)
- Walk-in Timings: 11am to 1pm
- Walk-in venue: F9P5+3FV, Hafeezpet Rd,Vinayaka Nagar, Hafeezpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500049
- Graduation: Any grad except law is eligible
- Experience: Freshers/experience up to 5yrs
- Work location: Hyderabad (Only work from office)
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift
Responsibilities:
- Experience -0-4years of experience
- Respond to customer queries and customer’s concern
- Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
- Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality
- Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines
- Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely
- Provide insights to help improve the support to the users
- Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
Requirements:
- Any Graduate (except law)
- Freshers are eligible
Preferred Qualifications:
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work)
