Job Description:
- Become a Demo Rockstar: Dazzle clients, partners, and prospects with clear, impactful technical demos and webinars. You’ll tailor presentations to diverse industries, geographies and audience across time zones, showcasing the power of our product like a pro.
- Master the art of the demo: Craft compelling narratives for each demo, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, build industry-specific use cases, and polish your delivery to ensure every demo hits the mark.
- Nurture Connections and build relationships: Follow up on demos, gathering valuable feedback and delivering promised resources. Your responsiveness and interpersonal skills will be key in turning prospects into loyal customers.
- Deep technical dives: Dive into the architecture and intricate details of our product in demos for a truly immersive experience and becoming a true expert and trusted advisor.
- Become a Content Architect: Fuel product awareness through crafting techno-functional blogs, product literature, technical decks, and even video tutorials. Your sharp mind will also refine existing documentation.
- Become the voice of expertise: Respond to technical aspects of RFPs and RFIs, ensuring our solutions resonate with potential partners and that our technical aspects of our offerings shine.
- Amplify reach and build buzz: Spread product awareness through social forums and events, fostering a vibrant community around our technology.
Skills:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, conducting impactful technical demos.
- A strong technical background, both educationally and through experience.
- A go-getter spirit: you’re a team player, self-starter, and results-oriented.
- The ability to clearly articulate complex things simply and engagingly to diverse audiences, captivating their attention with clarity and confidence.
- Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills – you captivate with your words and presence. This is especially important for fresher applying to this position.
