Job Description:
- Job Opportunity: Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice Process)
- Location: Work from Office (Chennai) Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
- Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate
- Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 day rotational off
Responsibilities:
- To handle emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Demonstrate Strong communication & Writtrn and interpersonal skills while resolving customer queries.
- Maintain high levels of patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English with a neutral Indian accent.
- Strong active listening and probing skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm and diplomatic in customer interactions.
- Attention= to detail and a customer-first mindset.
Shift Timings:
- Male Candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts
- Female Candidates: Rotational day shifts (any 9-hour login between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM)
Salary Range (Based on Experience):
- Tamil & English : 2,20,000 to 3,40,000 per annum
