Job Description:
- Title: Fresher (Apprentice)
- Position: Non-Technical
- Role: Revenue Cycle Management (Accounts Receivable / Credit Balance/Medical Billing/Payment Posting)
- Walk-In Date: Sep 13, 2025 (Saturday)
- Work Location: Chennai
- Work Mode: Onsite (all 5 days work from office)
- Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts(03:30 PM – 12:30 AM / General)
- Education: Any Non-Engineering Graduates / Pharma / Nursing / Life-Sciences
- CTC: 2.52 L per annum
- Venue: Ramanujan IT City SEZ, Cambridge Tower, Rajiv Gandhi Salai (OMR), Taramani, Chennai 600113

Responsibilities:
- Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physician for claim status.
- Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims.
- Receive payment information if the claims has been processed.
- Analyze claims in case of rejections.
- Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards.
- Also, Experience with Insurance Eligibility Verification.
Skills:
- Should be a Graduate in any Stream (Provisional certificate is mandatory)
- 0-6 Months in Revenue Cycle and Delivery Management or relevant field (If this is a work experience must have relieving document)
- Strong Communication Skills
- Should be flexible to work in US shifts.
- Must Have Good Communication Skills
- Eager to Learn & Problem Solving
- Good Analytical Skills & Logical Thinking
- Able to Thrive in a Fast-paced Environment
- Flexible to Work in Rotational / Night Shifts
- Should be able to join us immediately
