Job Description:
- We are Hiring for an International Voice Process
- The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a call and provide a resolution accordingly.
- Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well)
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)
- Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from office.
Requirements:
- Provide support and resolve issues via Chat and other electronic communication.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
