Job Description:
- Were hiring for Technical Support (L1/L2) International Voice Process at our Hyderabad location.
- Looking for candidates with 04 years of experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Date: Full August Month 2025(Auspicious August Walkin Drive)
- Time: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Venue: Diebold Nixdorf, 9th Floor, Vega Block, Ascendas Park, Madhapur, Hyderabad
- Work Mode: 5 days/week, rotational shifts, split week-offs
- CTC: As per company norms
Skills:
- Graduation (15 years of regular education marksheets & certificates mandatory)
- Tech support/customer service experience in a BPO setup
- Good technical knowledge & English communication
- Computer proficiency (MS Office)
