Job Description:
- As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting end users on applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns
- Diagnose, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents reported by the users via telephone, chat, email or walk-ins
Skills:
- Any full-time Graduate or Postgraduate. (Pursuing graduates are not eligible)
- Those who have already attended the Interview for this position in the last 6 months are not eligible(cooling period is 6 months)
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) and Basic troubleshooting skills of Computer/Laptop.
