Job Description:
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customer needs.
- Meet performance targets set for first call resolution rate, handle time, abandon rate, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Skills:
- 0-1 year of experience in an International BPO environment (preferably).
- Bachelor’s degree in Any Specialization (B.A/B.B.A/B.M.S.).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in handling international voice processes (US process), blended processes (rotational shifts), night shifts.
- Eligibility Criteria: Graduates and undergraduates can apply, but candidates with degrees like MBA, BTech, BCA, BSc IT/CS, BE, MTech, MCA, or CA are not eligible.
