📝 Job Description:
- Effectively scale the team by attracting and mentoring extraordinary people at various levels of experience to grow a well-balanced, team
- Empower and demonstrate the open Meta engineering norms
- Successfully work in a cross-functional partnership with other leaders across Facebook
- Lead teams that deliver on multiple projects of increasing dependencies in an ambiguous or high-impact area
Requirements:
- Experience in leading software engineering teams
- Experience in recruiting engineering talent and building out teams
- Experience in translating technical concepts into language for audiences, including software engineers, business and technical leaders
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent
- Successful candidate must remain in role in the same team in India for a minimum period of 24 months before being eligible for transfer to another role, team or location
