Responsibilities:
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a logistics or technology company.
- Confidence and assertiveness to handle customer inquiries and situations with professionalism and poise.
- Ability to adapt quickly to process or customer needs changes in a dynamic work environment.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and processes to improve performance and service delivery.
- Natural curiosity to dig deeper and solve challenges, combined with a strong analytical mindset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and connect with diverse customer personalities.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
