Job Description:
- Job Location: Chennai
- Qualification: Any Graduates (NO BE / Btech)
- Shifts: Shifts: Rotational Shifts
- Experience: Freshers
- Designation: Process Executive
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners only
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling customer request meeting all the SLAs (TAT, productivity, and Quality).
- Active participation in team building activities.
- Adaptability in learning newer technologies and changing business needs. with the teams to bring in process improvements or ideas.
- Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines within agreed timelines, with an objective to meet SLA
- Ensure the defined performance parameters are met and exceeded within the guidelines, policies agreed.
- Should have degree in banking or the financial services domain.
- Identifying and resolving fraud issues & Mortgage.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, collaborating & time management skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of fraud trends and patterns.
- Intermittent knowledge in MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Good communication
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Follow company/client processes accurately and efficiently.
Skills:
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Basic Computer Skills and Basic knowledge in MS office with a strong
- knowledge in MS Excel and formulae.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work primarily in Night shift along with weekend support
- We need immediate joiners only.
- PAN# is mandatory to attempt assessments; ensure to have PAN# available
