Job Description:
- We are having a walk-in Drive for B-Tech, MBA Freshers & Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience can attend this drive on 23 May 2025 (Friday).
- Fresher candidates of the 2023 & 2024 batches can attend this walk-in drive & should be immediate joiners.
Responsibilities:
- Expected to do high-quality stream of research output in the form of construction project profiles.
- The main job role will include tracking down the newly announced projects, updating the existing project
- database, and handling client queries as per the requirement.
- Good written and spoken communication skills are a must.
- The primary research (Calling) & Secondary Research are a key part of the job profile, and candidates are expected to speak to key
- players in the construction industry across the globe as per project to project requirements.
- The calling time may account to ~40% of the day’s time. The candidates should be proactive and willing to accept the new challenges or additional work that may come across once in a while.
Skills:
- Working Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, comprehension, and precision
- Proactive attitude
- Self-motivated, with proven ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Freshers -B-Tech / MBA (Pharmacy candidates- not eligible)
- Experienced candidates: 1 to 2 years of exp with any bachelor’s degree.
