📝 Job Description:
- These positions are open for 2025 Full time regular B.E. / B.Tech. in CSE / ECE / IT pass-outs ONLY.
- It’s a Software Development role, however, to interact with peers at Global locations, all applicants should remain open to woth between 2pm and 11pm or 4pm and 1am work timings.
- Role: Associate Software Engineer
- As an Associate Software Engineer at Deltek, you will be an integral part of our Deltek Integration Center of Excellence team.
- This role involves requirements analysis, developing integrations, automations and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality, and smooth delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Design & Develop integration and automation solutions based on technical specifications.
- Support in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business
- process) testing and UAT
- Being aware of CI-CD, engineering best practices, and SDLC process
- Should have an excellent understanding of all existing integration and automation.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert with the ability to discover and demonstrate how integration solutions can effectively help companies with their business automation needs across a broad set of industries
- Should deliver the project work based on stipulated project timelines
- Ability to communicate technically complex ideas to a non-technical audience.
- Should maintain quality and adhere to SLA, process & security policies
- Collaborate with internal teams during triage and resolution of integration and automation issues
Requirements:
- 2025 passouts with a B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering, specializing in CSE/IT/ECE, with a minimum of 70% aggregate.
- Good academic record (>70%, no backlogs)
- Knowledge in software development.
- Proficiency in coding with one or more of the following languages: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Knowledge of programming experience in an object-oriented language.
- Understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Knowledge of web application development, mobile application development, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, networking, developing large software systems, or security software development.
- Knowledge of data structures or algorithms from academic or professional projects, including open-source hobby coding.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English to participate in complex technical discussions
Shift Timings:
- 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
- 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST
- Shifts will be assigned between the above work timings based on project work.
