📝 Job Description

  • The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries, incidents, and service requests via phone and our ticketing system.
  • They should be proficient with Windows 10/11 OS and provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and applications. Responsibilities will include assisting with user account administration such as password resets and permissions.
  • Experience in a helpdesk ticketing environment is essential, along with solid understanding of ITIL policies and procedures, particularly in incident, request, knowledge, and problem management.
  • The candidate will be expected to maintain and update documentation related to standard operating procedures and troubleshooting steps, creating a robust Knowledge base and FAQs.
  • Identifying recurring issues, suggesting improvements or training needs, and collaborating with other teams to support system upgrades will also be part of the role.
  • Excellent customer service skills are a must, and we’re looking for someone with an enthusiastic and ‘can-do’ attitude.

Requirements:

  • We are seeking candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • We are looking candidate must possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, along with strong communication abilities.
