Job Description:
- Role: Messaging Support Associate Engineer
- Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad
- Experience: 0–1 year
- Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts (24*7 should be flexible)
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic support for messaging systems (like Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, or mail gateways).
- Monitor email queues, message flows, and system health.
- Assist in resolving email delivery issues and spam filters.
- Document and escalate issues to L2/L3 support teams.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of email systems and protocols (SMTP, IMAP, etc.).
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in messaging platforms.
- Any exposure to MS Exchange, O365, or Zimbra is a plus.
