Responsibilities:
- As a Customer Support Associate, will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries.
- Our well-resourced environment will provide you with the tools and opportunities to enhance your knowledge of the banking process.
Eligibility criteria:
- Any Graduate (Graduation Mandatory)
- Qualification: Any degree (UG&PG) can apply Education and career gaps will be accepted with valid reason.
- Languages required – “LOOKING FOR THREE LANGUAGES SPEAKING CANDIDATE” combination of (Hindi + Any 2 Mentioned languages).
- Hindi, English, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Oriya, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Marathi, Konkani, Assamese.
- For Example: (Hindi English Tamil), (Hindi English Bengali), (Hindi English Marathi), (Hindi English Telugu, (Hindi English Malayalam), (Hindi English Kannada), (Hindi English Odia) …etc.
- Rotational shifts & Rotational week off
- Age: Less than 32 years.
Preferred candidates:
- Only Immediate joiners (within 3-4 days).
- Salary: INR 14000 to INR 23000 Take Home (Based on languages fluency and Interview performance).
