Responsibilities:
- Develop test cases for the given requirements and design
- Automate the test cases using Selenium or Cypress
- Develop test inputs
- Work independently as much as possible
- Report roadblocks, design issues, etc to Team Lead
- Report status of tasks daily
Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving, organizational and ownership skills
- Strong hands-on knowledge on Test Process and Methods
- Programming knowledge in Java / JavaScript
- Should have good knowledge on Test Automation Framework – TestNG, Junit
- Good knowledge of Automating Web Applications using Selenium WebDriver with unit frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, BDD, TDD)
- Good knowledge on developing and maintaining object repository using Page Object Model, Page Factory
- Knowledge on API Testing using POSTMAN
- Knowledge / Experience in defining test strategies at different development levels
- Experience in working with various Test Management tools like Jira, ADS
- Good knowledge on Database concepts
