Eligibility Criteria:
- Academic Percentage: Candidates should have a minimum aggregate (all subjects in all semesters) of 60% or equivalent CGPA in class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-graduation.
- Highest Qualification: Candidates from the batch of 2023 and 2024 with below mentioned courses:
- MBA in Human Resource/Masters in Human Resource Management/Masters of Arts in Human Resource
- Masters of Social Work in HRM/Masters of Management Studies in Human Resource Management
- Masters of Labour Studies (with specialization in Human Resource Management/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Labour Law)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/Post Graduate Program in Human Resource Management or equivalent courses.
- Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: No backlogs/arrears/ATKT/Extended Education. Kindly note, appearing in backlog examinations after the stipulated course duration is considered as extended education.
- Gap/Break in Education: It is mandatory to declare academic gaps if any, during the period of education. Break in education should not be due to extended education. Any break in education should not exceed 24 months. Relevant document proof, as applicable to be produced for validation of reasons behind academic gap.
- Course Types: Only full-time courses will be considered (part-time/correspondence courses will not be considered).
- Open Schooling: Candidates who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the Graduation and Post-graduation (if applicable) courses are done full-time.
- Work Experience: Candidates with work experience of up to 2 years are eligible to apply. It is mandatory for candidates to declare the same in the TCS Application Form. Candidates would be required to submit the necessary documents supporting the declared work experience at the time of TCS selection process and/or post joining TCS, as per requirement.
Test Details:
- Mode of test: TCS MBA HR Off Campus test would be scheduled in person in TCS offices. The test schedule would be communicated to the candidates on their registered email ID.
- Test Pattern: 90 minutes HR Subject test.
