Job Description:
- As a Process Associate – Procure to Pay (P2P), you will be responsible for transaction processing in Accounts Payable and management of Vendor Accounts.
- You should be flexible to work in shifts.
- Your primary responsibilities include:
- Coordinate all accounting activities associated with Procure to Pay
- Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions
- Adhere to SLAs and timelines
Requirements:
- Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Payable
- Ability to match invoices, identify errors, resolve exceptions, prioritize invoices, and reduce aging
- Working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles
- Proficient in addressing quires and taking follow-up actions
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Self-directed and ambitious achiever
