Job Description:
- Review and approve T&E expense reimbursement requests primarily for field advisors and branch personnel
- Ability to review a high volume of detailed expense reimbursement requests meeting/exceeding expectations for production and quality in a fast-paced environment
- Provide world-class customer service to both field facing and internal counterparts in all interactions
- Ensure all expense requests are handled in a timely and accurate manner; if there are any issues, resolve / escalate on a case-by-case basis
- Research and resolve problems and deficiencies in a timely manner
- Apply Firm policies and procedures on expense review and approval activity
- Proactively participate in available training and education programs to maintain current status on policies, procedures and risk awareness
- Provide and receive feedback and suggestions on ways to improve processes that are in place
- Apply critical thinking when making decisions on items to evaluate risk and client experience
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education experience is preferred, or applicable experience in lieu of education will be considered. Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
- 0-2.5 yrs of experience. Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent judgement
- Exceptional organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to research and resolve problems and service inquiries and escalate issues where appropriate
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
