Job Description:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other teams as needed.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions using CRM software.
Requirements:
- 0.3-3 years of experience in an IT Service Desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT operations, including hardware troubleshooting and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly over the phone or through written correspondence.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
