Job Description:
- Understand the Business of Ugam/ Merkle
- The person will assist the Project Managers or Senior Project Managers in setting up and executing projects assigned
- Ensure projects are executed in a seamless fashion with effective coordination with internal teams such as survey programming, data processing and coding teams and vendors (such as translators, sample providers etc.)
- Follow work allocation schedule and project plan.
- Tasks may include: − Testing online survey links − Sampling − Prepare project updates − Ensure quality measures are followed o Keep the internal tools fully updated on a daily basis so that everybody can know exactly the status of a project by checking the tools
- Escalate any outstanding issue to supervisor as soon as identified o Display skills to manage projects with limited supervision over a period of time (ideally between 3 – 6 months) o Contribute to team meetings by being prepared and sharing ideas
- Adhere to procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, Information security practices, attendance procedures, etc.
Skills:
- Graduate in any field Certifications (if any):
- 0 to1 year of experience SKILLS Technical/Domain:
- MS Office COMPETENCIES Behavioural: − Communication − Learnability − Teamwork − Result Orientation − Problem Solving Location: Goregaon (Hybrid Model: work from office 2 -3 days a week) Unique Circumstances:
- Time Zone Work in client specific time zones (PST, EST, CST, GMT) is possible.
- Weekend Team caters to clients 24X7 and hence the candidate should be open to work on weekends on rotational basis
