Job Description:
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services to increase revenue growth.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
Skills:
- 0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English language is mandatory; knowledge of other languages an added advantage.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, systems, and technologies.
