Job Description:
- Assist in the end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) process to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Utilize Oracle Fusion Financials to manage procurement and financial data effectively.
- Support the finance and accounting team in maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to procurement and payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
- Provide support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Assist in reconciling accounts payable transactions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in training sessions to stay current with system updates and process changes.
- Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Skills:
- Possess experience in Supply Chain procurement (P2P) and Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Have a basic understanding of Procure to Pay-Ac Payable processes.
