Job Description:
- Spearhead analytics to drive beyond-the-card strategies, including cross-sell and engagement initiatives.
- Drive multiple US SME strategic growth priorities like BLOC, BCA, Blueprint, and AP Automation.
- Support and enable GCS product partners with actionable, insightful analytical solutions to help leadership evaluate and drive business performance.
- Partner with functional leaders, Strategic Business Partners, and senior leaders to identify opportunities for better customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Communicate effectively to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders, driving collaboration and alignment.
- Execute exceptionally by resolving issues, identifying opportunities, defining success metrics, and driving automation and refinement of analytical frameworks.
- Challenge the status quo with breakthrough thinking to generate insights, alternatives, and opportunities for business success.
Requirements:
- Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics).
- Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to apply quantitative methods and business acumen to drive results.
- Ability to work independently and across a matrix organization, collaborating with business partners, functional owners, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Strong programming skills preferred; experience with Big Data programming is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects through collaboration across teams and geographies.
