Job Description:
- Analyze and align the system setup with client agreements to enable accurate invoice generation based on utilization.
- Configure employee details and benefits in the system for both sponsored and non-sponsored services based on client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand client-specific needs and expectations.
- Document, interpret, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for system implementation.
- Ensure system-triggered processes are configured accurately for seamless workflow and invoicing.
- Identify areas of improvement within the configuration and suggest enhancements to optimize performance.
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on system configurations, invoicing triggers, and overall service delivery.
Skills:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in functional consulting, System/HRMS Implementation, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to understand task-based triggers and process workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of invoicing processes and employee benefit configurations is a plus.
