Job Description:
- Handle customer service desk operations in a technical program.
- Troubleshoot with a web development background (preferred).
- Provide support for Ads, including campaign management and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support queries via chat, email & call, ensuring adherence to training standards, frameworks, and policies.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues.
- Create and optimize Ads accounts at scale.
- Utilize data analysis techniques like regression, classification, and anomaly detection to identify patterns.
- Manage tasks through ticketing systems and prioritize client requests to meet SLAs.
Requirement:
- Eligibility: Freshers (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech not eligible)
