Job description:
Skill & Responsibilities for Accounts Payable:
- Understand & Process various types of invoices received by the client.
- Understanding of Purchase Orders & Purchase Requisitions
- Timely processing of Invoices with good accuracy as per customer metrics
- Manage Supplier/Vendor Helpdesk activities.
- Communication with external vendors regarding invoice matters, and supplier inquires.
- Query handling and exception resolution.
- Identify & resolve queries related to invoices and status updates to the Supervisor.
- Assist in adhering to SLA compliance.
- Generation of system-based reports
Skill & Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable:
- The purpose of the role is to ensure that customer-advocated outcomes and operational excellence is delivered across all cases and invoices are allocated with correct receipts or post on account against debtor.
- The purpose of the role is also to ensure that billings are raised on time to all customer as per the agreed payment terms and limits and ensure those are paid on time with the correct remittance has been received
- Raising bills in SAP and Cash application and allocation in customer account.
- Managing customer master data
- Collection and credit management and dunning, write-off
- Processing JE in GL/SL/Control account
- Accuracy and adhere to the SOP
Skill & Responsibilities for FPNA :
- Insert rate case filing inputs.
- Create Budget-to-Actual for Balance sheet.
- Create Budget-to-Actual for Profit and loss.
- Collect data and upload data into FP&A systems like Hyperion etc.
- Variance Analysis
- Creating meaningful graphs for customer senior management use
- Prepare and gather data to support development of financial assessments and scenario analysis.
- The purpose of the role is to analyse data and understands the financial data of the organisation in order to perform variance analysis and identify key causes of business variances for performance measurement.
Requirement:
- Role: Finance & Accounting
- Experience: 1 year to 8 years
- Job Location: Kolkata
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Non-tech graduates (preferably finance graduates)
- Willing to work in rotational shift
- Experience in Finance & Accounting is mandatory
