Job Description:
- You create Reports & Dashboards in PowerBI as part of our Business Process Excellence team.
- Your solutions will fit into a scaling IP BI framework leveraging insights, connecting all IP business departments along our end-to-end value chain.
- Your will partner directly with our IP business analysts helping you with requirement management as well as IP business stakeholders directly.
- Design, build and deploy BI solutions
- Maintain and support data analytics platforms
- Create tools to store data (e.g. OLAP cubes)
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting
- Evaluate and improve existing BI systems
- Collaborate with teams to integrate systems
- Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
- Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
- Develop and update technical documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist
- Experience with BI technologies in Microsoft PowerBI (alternative: Tableau, Oracle Analytics, SAP BO, Pentaho)
- Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modelling) and data mining
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
- Knowledge of SQL queries, understanding query optimization and performance monitoring
- Knowledge of Python or any other language helpful for data science projects
Hours of Work:
- 8 hours per day (Full-time)
- Workdays: Monday to Friday (Mandatory off on weekends)
