Responsibilities:
- Understand and document clients’ business processes and requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis, develop business cases, and gather information through interviews.
- Attend training programs and demonstrate knowledge of advisory methodology and consulting attributes.
- Develop sector focus with a basic understanding of industry trends, issues, and key players.
- Exhibit initiative and participate in corporate social and team events.
- Develop skills for senior roles, including issue identification, hypothesis formation, presenting findings, implementing recommendations, managing work streams, and leading analysts.
Requirements:
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Competence in research methodologies (Primary and Secondary).
- Strong business analysis skills.
- Excel modeling proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for client and team relationship building.
- B.E./B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a reputed institute with a good academic background).
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Consulting background preferred or industry experience in business excellence/functional roles.
- Expertise in at least three of the following areas: Business transformation, Business process re-engineering, Market assessment, Post-merger integration, Strategy and business planning, Sales and marketing improvement/transformation, Strategic cost reduction, and Supply chain management/transformation.
- Expertise in two or more of the following areas: Procurement, Integrated planning, Network design, Supply chain, Sales and marketing, Strategy, and Logistics
