Job description:
- Develop, oversee, and implement data movement, integration, and transformations using DataStage
- Manage the technical architecture of DataStage
- Develop custom DataStage transformations, ensuring compliance with standards and architectures
- Build and maintain DataStage components, resolving problems, and documenting code
- Assess and utilize emerging technologies and software across multiple platforms and technologies
- Monitor and maintain DataStage performance
- Develop and document technical procedures for DataStage, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Track and document issues and problem solving
- Assist with project development, including requirements gathering, and estimation
- Develop, manage, and maintain technical documentation to ensure effective support and training of DataStage
- Develop, implement, and maintain best practices for DataStage
- Collaborate with development teams to develop and document DataStage components
Eligibility:
- B.E/B tech with a minimum 60% in 10th,12th and UG
- 6 to 24 months of experience in the relevant domain
Skillset Required:
- Proficiency with Talend ETL tools.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- ETL Talend, data warehousing concepts
- Proven hands-on experience in DataStage, ODI and Middleware development
- Knowledge of DataStage ETL design, development and implementation
- Proven ability to design, develop and implement DataStage packages
- Experience in database like Oracle/SQL Server etc.
- Design, create, test, and implement DataStage programming stages and packages, as well as data flow processes
- Analyze, modify, and recommend changes to production processes to improve efficiency and value
- Work with business partners to implement, test, and debug new or revised products
- Design and create interfaces with DataStage staging areas.
- Document and record all processes, procedures, and programming .

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly manner.
