Job Description:
- Should be able to manage multiple projects, prioritize work primarily SFDC reporting and case management, Basic know of Salesforce and research mindset (ussage of D&B tool and map the company hierarchy)
- Interpret complex data and able to update projects/cases on Salesforce
- Meet all KPIs (Turnaround Time, Utilization, Productivity, Quality and Customer Satisfaction)
- A team player with ability to learn best practices
- Suggest process improvements, expansion on scope of projects/ approaches
- Start building long term professional relationships with regular requestors and stakeholders
- Develop good understanding business & the industries we support
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in General Business is preferred or equivalent work related experience
- 0-1 years professional work experience in similar position
- knowledge/certification of Salesforce
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter; highly proactive
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (should be able to motivate team to achieve results)
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Project management skills and ability to multi-task
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
