- Answering calls for the North American region
- Resetting Domain passwords and application password
- Trouble shooting internet issues, performance issues, application support and all end user-related queries
- Create tickets in service now and assign tickets to support teams for out-of-scope issues.
- Excellent written skills and communication is must.
Skills:
- Good verbal and oral communication skills
- Fair knowledge in Hardware, software and End-user computing
- Good Analytical Ability
- Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint
- ITIL /Yellow belt certification
