Job Title: Process Trainee

Location: Chennai

Job Description:

• Consolidate data from multiple systems to facilitate inventory availability check and order entry.
• Perform various order management functions including order entry and expediting.
• Provided accurate order entry, change order and detailed telephone information while maintaining call centre objectives and goals.
• Process a high volume of product orders via electronic distribution from order entry to shipment for revenue recognition.
• Plan and pro-actively manage through SAP the entire process of fulfilling customer contracts from Order Entry to Collection.
• Provided order management support for sales including order entry and order tracking using SAP.
• Order entry, shipping, fill rate, and product availability management of orders.
• Extensive intricate knowledge of SAP ERP system, including inventory, sales, and receivables and invoicing modules.
• End to end knowledge on the Export process system – from ERP to interfaced systems.
• Extensive knowledge on simple and complex contracts under order booking and management.
