Job Description:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Non-Voice Process to handle customer queries and backend operations through chat, and internal tools.
- The candidate should have good written communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through chat support.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Process customer requests and maintain proper documentation.
- Maintain data accuracy while performing backend operations.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers or candidates with 0- 5 years of experience in International BPO or customer support can apply.
- Age Criteria: 18yr – 35yr
- It will be completely night shifts
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)
- No Regular Pursing Candidates.
- Candidates should have 10, 12 board memos mandatorily.
- Work from Office
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Skills:
- Good written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
