Job Description:
- Immediate Hiring for International Semi Voice Process
- Interview Date: 07/07/2025 and 08/07/2025(Monday and Tuesday)
- Interview Time: 10:30AM to 1:00PM
- Date of Joining: 14th – July – 2025
- The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a chat, call and provide resolution accordingly.
- Rotational US Shifts(Midnight shifts as well)
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)
- Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from office.
Requirements:
- Provide support and resolve issues via call, chat and other electronic communication.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
- Qualification: PUC / Intermediate/ 10+3 (Diploma) / Graduation
Salary:
- Chat Salary Structure: 15k to 19k(Take home Salary after deductions)
