Job Description:
- We are currently hiring for the International Voice Process for our Hyderabad location.
- Process: International Voice
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Salary: 19,000 to 39,000 (take-home after statutory deductions) –Permanent Role
- Date of Joining (DOJ): 29th December 2025
Requirements:
- Completely night shift role
- 5 working days with 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed off on Saturdays or Sundays)
- Regular pursuing students are not eligible
- Mandatory submission of 10th and 12th board mark sheets
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates with international voice experience must strictly be from customer service background
- Experienced candidates must carry all relevant experience documents and be ready to join immediately
- Intermediate / 10+3 (Diploma) / Graduation
- 0 to 5 years
- Age Criteria: 18 to 35 years
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking and coordination abilities
- Sound judgment skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions
- Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7 environment)

The final salary will be determined based on:
- Performance across all interview rounds
- Metrics scored during assessments
- Performance in the operations round
- Relevant work experience and supporting documents submitted. Accordingly, the compensation may vary.
