Job Description:
- International Voice Process Customer Support (Voice)
- Location: Bangalore
- Shift: Rotational (Including Night Shifts US/UK/AU timings)
- Salary: 2,83,772 – 4,00,000 LPA + Incentives + Goodies
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls or chats from international customers (primarily US, Australia, etc.)
- Provide accurate information related to products, services, or technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and follow-up when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: PUC / 12th / Diploma
- Graduates and Postgraduates: B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, B.E/B.Tech, BA, MBA, M.Com
- Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome
Skills:
