Job Description:
- We are hiring for the International Voice and Semi Voice Process at [24]7.ai.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls, chat and other electronic communications.
- Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
- Students pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company’s requirements.
Requirements:
- Intermediate (10+2)/Diploma (10+3)
- 0-4 years in a similar role.
- 18years to 37 years.
Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
- Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7).
