Job Description:
- We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Semi-Voice Process team. This role involves handling a combination of voice (calls) and non-voice (chat) interactions, ensuring effective communication and resolution of customer queries.
- Rotational shifts including night shifts
- 5-day working with 2 rotational week-offs
- Candidates pursuing regular education are not eligible
- Educational documents are mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through calls, chat
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Maintain professionalism and quality in both voice and written communication
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring service standards
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
Requirements:
- Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) / Diploma (10+3) / Any Graduate
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in customer service / semi-voice / voice process
- Age: 18-35 years
- Candidates should be within a 23 km radius of the office
Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to multitask between calls and chat/email support
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24×7)
