Job Description:
- Job Title: Customer Service Associate into Chat process
- Job Location: Uppal, Hyderabad
- The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a chat and provide resolution accordingly.
- Rotational US Shifts(Midnight shifts as well)
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)
- Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from office.
- Salary Structure: Voice Process: 12k to 13K(Take home Salary after deductions)
Skills:
- Provide support and resolve issues via chat and other electronic communication.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
- Qualification: PUC / Intermediate/ 10+3 (Diploma) / Graduation
