• Day-to-day processing of simple to complex transactions as per standard operating procedures.
• Deliver on individual targets & contribute towards team KPIs/KRIs metrics.
• Support all additional activities performed in the team which are part of wider initiatives.
• Knowledge of the department’s or business unit’s functional operations and a working knowledge of bank policies, programs, procedures and financial practices.
• Work effectively in a team & collaborate with all stakeholders.
• Seek to advance knowledge and improve skills leveraging various inhouse domain & process trainings.
• Flexible to work across rotating work shifts aligned to the supported business geographies.

Skills:

• BA, B. Com, BBA
• Good communication skills – both verbal and written
• Collaborative – Works effectively with others by establishing and maintaining positive working relationships.
• Shows dedication to getting the job done accurately and efficiently.
• MS Office
• Sets high personal work standards.
• Willing to work in a shift environment; adapts well to routine.
• Open to work in Rotational shifts 24×7 including night shift

• Final year graduates with 60% score in the last semester OR CGPA of 6 on a scale of 10 in the last semester

• Students should be keen on an operations desk-job and should be open for night shifts
