- Managed / worked on US accounts for at least 6 months
- Experience in Order Management process of at least 6 months
- Ready to work in night shift
- Ability to maintain & build relationships with client managers
- Ability to operate independently
- Co-ordinate with offshore teams & support functions
- Ensure SLA management for onsite engagements
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to manage senior level meetings
