- Understands user specifications and is able to create project documents
- Understands team goals and aligns to the strategic direction of the team
- Can grasp new concepts and can be an effective part of the implementation team during large project / application implementations/project coding
- Is able to present data and reports in formats that can be used
- Understands and knows difference between data and information
- Understands and can use Microsoft Office applications like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, etc.
- SQL Server 2005/2008, Oracle 9 and upwards or any other RDBMS
- ASP.Net 3.5, C#, VB.Net (good to have), Visual Studio 2008/2010, VSS
