- Knowledge on Sourcing tools like Naukri, Monster and CB
- Experience with sourcing techniques and screening
- Experience in Full Cycle Recruitment
- Hands-on experience on working with various job portals
- Act as Bridge between the candidates and the Managers for the free flow of Recruitment process on daily basis
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board
- Excellent Negotiation skills
