Job Description :
- People who can do market research across channels (online, publications, offline, etc.) and can garner insights from research and underlying data
- When we say research, we don’t mean formal research like what agencies do. We mean individual research and understanding of the food space
- Hustlers/Generalists who have some stakeholder management skills and can run a category by understanding what is working for their consumers and what is not
- Folks who are comfortable with basic analysis and tools such as Excel and PPT
- We can look at people who have prior experience in – portfolio design / portfolio strategy / development, category managers, buyers and merchandisers at fashion houses, research roles, consumer insights, brand marketing
Skills :
- Food domain knowledge is great to have – food bloggers etc. (but this is not mandatory)
- Travel exposure and hence an understanding of global food and various cuisines is a good to have
- Prior experience in food tech companies or within some private brand companies / roles is a good to have
Qualification : BE / BTech / MBA
